At VMN, Phil manages an extended team that is responsible for the maintenance of over $4 billion in Linear and Digital ad inventory. He has implemented a new vision and structure for best of class Ad Sales Service Group, Commercial Operations and their counterparts in Ad Sales Systems Support.
Has been in the industry for 20+ years – he began his career at ESPN, achieving progressive responsibility within Ad Sales, culminating his tenure there as Vice president, Sales Operations. During his time at ESPN, Phil designed and implemented Ad Sales accounting functions and processes at all of ESPN Inc.'s subsidiaries, directed an $85 million Ad Sales expense budget and built and managed a $20 million performance based compensation plan.
