John Luther, SVP of Technology, JW Player. John has over 15 years experience in the video technology industry. While at On2 Technologies, he oversaw the company's VPx video compression technologies and Flix Cloud transcoding service. After Google acquired On2 in 2010, John managed HTML5 video technologies in the Google Chrome browser and led the WebM open video project until 2014.
